Export Control & Sanctions Compliance (2026)
1. Global Trade Restrictions
All products sold by (Petro-Florida, Inc or affiliates), including but not limited to motor oils, hydraulic fluids, commercial and industrial lubricants, are subject to the export control and economic sanctions laws of the United States.
2. Prohibited Destinations
By purchasing products from (Petro-Florida, Inc or affiliates), you certify that the goods will not be exported, re-exported, or transferred, directly or indirectly, to any country under a U.S. trade embargo. As of 2026, this includes Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Russia, as well as any other destination prohibited by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
3. Venezuela Specifics (General License 46/47)
Purchases destined for Venezuela are subject to strict oversight. Under the 2026 General Licenses issued by OFAC, any re-export of U.S.-origin lubricants or diluents to Venezuela may require mandatory 10-day reporting to the U.S. Departments of State and Energy. Buyers assume all legal responsibility for these filings and for ensuring they are not transacting with "Blocked Persons" (SDNs) or prohibited government entities.
4. Denial of Sale
(Petro-Florida, Inc or affiliates), reserves the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the transaction involves a prohibited end-user or destination. We do not sell to any individual or company listed on the U.S. Consolidated Screenning List.
5. Indemnification
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold (Petro-Florida, Inc or affiliates), harmless from any fines, penalties, or legal costs arising from the Buyer’s failure to comply with U.S. export regulations.
